Or may we suggest a customized dinner party for yourself and a couple dozen friends? If you are doubting whether or not this will bring you joy, please visit our friend Jonathan Canlas' blog to see pictures from their recent party at Rooster here.
We love to cook and some of our favorites don't translate well to every day restaurant menus, so you can be the beneficiary by scheduling your own Rooster party. Please talk to Andy or Simy for details.
Below is the menu from the Canlas party:
Beef and Jicama Salad Rolls
with Spicy Hoisin-Garlic Sauce
Roasted Beets, Butter, Sea Salt
Shrimp Fritters with sweet soy dipping sauce
with cucumber relish and satay sauce
Grilled Potatoes with lime mayo and sriracha
_____
(wheat noodles, tomato broth,
fresh mint, basil, cilantro, chili oil)
Shoyu Ramen Noodles
(char siu pork, spam, deep fried tofu,
soft-boiled egg, bok choy, chicharrones)
Lava Cake Brownie
with Horlick’s ice cream, toasted marshmallow
whipped cream and hot fudge
Pok Fu
with caramelized bananas and coconut ice cream

i'm still dreaming about those shrimp fritters...mmmmmmmm.
Hey that's what I was going to say! Also, I love the magic of the Rooster Noodle and Dumpling Bar. The magic is that the food is so good you can eat all of it!
We all ate ALL of that food. I keep wondering how that was possible and there's no other explanation than Rooster Magic. Thank you Andy and Semi!

This meal was AMAZING. Thanks to Canlas' for hosting and RDNB for incredible delectable food.
